Day 1. New Buckenham Park

Sunday. Me, Em (9 in 12 days!) Joe (6)

Handily located on the way back from Banham car boot sale is New Buckenham park! Our first day out for free.

This park was refurbished only a couple of years ago so the equipment is all good quality.
It is on the right hand side of the road if you are heading towards New Buckenham from the Tacolneston direction.

Good points:

Two separate play areas, one for 5's and under and one junior park.
Younger play area is secure with a fence around it.
Several benches for parents to sit on!
A good range of equipment.
Zip wire is a highlight for older children.
Large cricket pitch attached to park, good for children who just like to run or play ball games.
Some free parking attached.
If you walk/drive into the village there is a tea room for refreshments.
Very pretty village which has a few shops and pubs.

Bad points:

Nearest toilet? I didn't see one!
No other near by facilities.

Scores:

Em: 8/10
Joe: 8/10
Me: 7/10
